Rockford and Genoa branch closing effective, Friday, January 31, 2014.
Why is the branch closing?
Our goal is to provide excellent and efficient service while meeting the needs of our membership. Presently, ICCU's mission is to be financially responsible while restructuring our credit union so that we can meet our goals.
In order to ensure long-term success for our members and to continue to improve our financial position, we must make tough decisions in order to reduce operating expenses.
Where will I do my transactions?
Rockford and Genoa:
“We have several other convenient ways for you to conduct business with ICCU. There are three other locations waiting to serve you” - Sycamore, DeKalb, and Plano
“Our ICCU online banking solution offers the utmost in convenience and access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with free online Bill Pay too!”
“Members can also access our 24-hour Teller 4500 automated phone banking system at any time or choose to speak to a friendly and knowledgeable Call Center Representatives at 815-895-4541"

Credit Union 1 has graciously offered to assist our Rockford members with your banking needs. They are located at 4227 Maray Drive, Rockford.
Will ICCU ever open a branch here again?
Will there ever be a branch located …?
